reveal: bar area

We have a small little area in our dining room for our bar area and I knew I wanted it to be a fun corner.
I think it turned out pretty fun :-) The ottoman is a DIY project from start to finish, with no sewing, because I can't sew at all. Unless you call hem bond ironing sewing, which I think kinda counts. I haven't written a tutorial because I've been too lazy, but if enough of you want instructions... I'll try to make something up!
The artwork above is from lona de anna that she was so sweet to send me, thanks Anna I love it!

This style table has been floating around the design world for some time and I was thrilled to get my hands on one. Oh, and I gold leafed the edges for a fun little surprise.

I'm planning on keeping it well stocked so let me know when you want to have a bloggy party at my house, hollar! (anyone else get the heather quote? anybody?)

  5. Eileen-this is amazing!!! Such a cheery area, and I could not love it more. Cannot believe that's a DIY start to finish, and I'm going to go ahead and say I would love to know how especially if no sewing is involved. Amazing, per usual!

  20. Seriously so darling, my friend. I love the styling and the lines of the table. The bright lemons are such a fun pop of color. Using fruit and nature to decorate is my favorite.
