For my DIY project I decided to turn some blah white fabric napkins into something modern and fun, something that could easily help you dress up a table for the Holidays, and something that I'm pretty sure any of your stylish friends could appreciate ;)
I could have bought some fabric and sewn the napkins myself (and if you have a sewing machine and are up to it, you can do that too), but I came across these ones at $2 each and thought that the price wasn't too bad for saving me a big step in the process, right?
So, all you need is some fabric napkins in any color of your choice, gold fabric paint ( I used this one, but if I had to do it again I would use this one instead), a brush, some tape for guidance if you're doing stripes, and stencils that come in handy (I used one for the leopard print but forgot I had one for the polka dots, that's why they didn't turn out so pretty!) if you don't want to do it all freehand. Total cost of this project (considering I had the stencils and brush): around $20, which in my opinion is not too bad.
All the patterns I did
Ready to be gifted ;)
Thank you so much Eileen for thinking of me for this series, I had so much fun doing this, hope you all liked it :)
