foodie favorite

I love to eat, and I love to eat healthy. I grew up natural and organic before it was cool, as in we imported our grain from Colorado to grind the wheat ourselves to make whole wheat bread. I know, another level right? Well all that healthy eating growing up totally shaped what I love now, I crave edamame and lentils like its my job. 
This dip is one of our favorites, its packed full of spinach and cannellini beans with a healthy shot of lemon and garlic. I normally double the recipe and we eat it all week
Its such an easy way to get tons of nutrients and its delicious. Win win in my book.

    And that dip sounds ineresting, think I'm going to try it. But what do you dip it with?What do you prefer?
