Geometric Painted Closet Doors / Chevron

We worked on a fun client project last week that I got to paint and I thought I would share.
The client had this long hallway that had all these closet doors. We decided to paint  them with a fun geometric design, and I LOVE the way they turned out.
(This one was taken before the knobs were put on)
I got super crisp lines using this tip from little green notebook, and it made ALL the difference. No bleeding under the painters tape and the lines are so smooth. Thanks so much Jenny you did it again!
The client had this little powder bath that had this really fun vintage mint tile, and Nan (my boss) suggested playing it up with a fun chevron pattern. It turned out so fun, such a great shot of color down the hall and the client loved it. Disclaimer: figuring out the chevron measurements turning the corners and matching up wasn't that fun, you should see my measurements, crazy!
Last week was full of fun projects, this painting one and getting a clients house ready for a photoshoot. I realize I don't show you that much of what I do at work, and I'm vowing to change that. I love what I do and don't know why I don't share it with you. I promise I'll get better :-)

  4. Love the way these projects turned out! I'm not sure I'd be able to paint straight enough to pull this off!
