So our house has this awkward little hall that has textured walls. BAD textured walls. Like why would anyone do this on purpose walls? The walls were painted this goldish color that drew a lot of attention to the bumps and crevices. We have big plans down the road to move some walls around and change this up but for now I had to do something.
I got a gallon of one of my favorite navyish color (Its a word I promise, like navy but with some black and some purple undertones, super pretty) and painted everything. Crown, ceiling and walls all painted. Then I hung some of my favorite vintage Italian prints that were a favorite engagement present.
This is the same space before. Bad right? I also have spray painted that return the color of the grout so you don't notice it as much.
This is why I love paint so much. Completely different feel in the same space. Its one of my favorite things :-)
