I used to work out every day. I swear I did. I did yoga constantly and ran a lot and did cardio. That is now just a distant memory, and I can't use the excuse its just a phase anymore. I'm pretty active though, I walk almost every day and we are always outside doing something like kayaking.
But I'm not toned and I really want to be. I don't want to kill myself everyday but I want to get in the habit of doing something again.
I've thought a lot about what works for me and I think yoga and leg toning exercises would be a good start for swimsuit season.
So I'm turning to you sweet readers, to keep me on track and see if anyone wants to virtually join in with me as motivation. We can hold each other accountable mmmk?
This is what I'm thinking of doing...
1. Yoga 3x a week.
I have this dvd and love it, but this website also has some awesome 30 minute exercises that I like to switch it up with.
2. Legs 3x a week
Lets get long and lean. This video looks great, good workout but no equipment needed and short.
They say it takes 21 days to make a habit so I'm promising to keep this up until the end of May and see how I feel. Exercising really is addicting so I'm hoping I'll get addicted again.
