Hey y'all! I'm Whitney from The Avarice and I want to share with you one of my favorite Christmas Day traditions: Mimosa Punch. This time of year is all about family, celebration, and... day drinking. That's right. Nothing completes my Christmas like Mimosa Punch for breakfast. It's so delicious, it takes the edge off the in-laws, and it can easily double as Champagne punch for your nighttime holiday get together. Best of all, it's super simple.
Here's what you'll need...
1 bottle champagne or Prosecco
1 can (about 12 oz) San Pellegrino Limonata
1/2 can full (6 oz) orange juice (with pulp is best)
1/2 can full (6 oz) unfiltered apple juice
1 orange (for garnish)
1/2 pint raspberries
Pour all the ingredients in a pitcher or punch bowl and stir to combine. Slice orange and rinse raspberries. Toss the fruit into the pitcher for garnish and enjoy!
When serving with breakfast or brunch, I combine the ingredients in a pitcher and serve chilled or over ice cubes. However, if you're having a party and need a punch bowl beverage, you can make ice cubes by filling 2-3 ice cube trays with a mixture of 1 part San Pellegrino Limonata and 1 part unfiltered Apple Juice. That way, the punch stays cold, but is never watered down.
