eating with the seasons

Eating with the seasons ensures that you are eating fresh and helps you eat locally. This list from style me green rounds up some seasonal produce and is a great go-to guide. I founded up some of my favorite winter seasonally recipes. 

Citrus salad from cup of jo. Tried it and its delicious. 

Pear, gorgonzola, and honey crostini. Tried this and its delicious. 

These honey cinnamon roasted sweet potatoes look amazing. 

Pear and goat cheese pizza. One of our favs. 

Natalie's Harvest Salad with Apple Cider Vinaigrette. Would be great with pear. 

Balsamic roasted onions. YUM.

    I am itching to try that pear & goat cheese pizza too! Think it would be fab with a balsamic reduction drizzle!

  4. Such a great list. Actually I read Animal Vegetable Miracle a while ago and really got into the seasonable eating. Plus things taste fresh!
